  Iwas reading a friend's blog and i came upon her food diet, way of eating more like it,

so make it possible for you i certainly will adapt it as i looooove "bad" food too much

it surely makes you realise there is no point in envying anyone (or the celebrities)
it takes effort and work and ANYONE can do it if they choose and stick with it
i seem to remember gwyneth paltrow explaining she hates diet and loves bad food (though i grant you not sure what her bad food is) but she said she works out 2 hours a day 6days a week
and that's how you do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
