Iwas reading a friend's blog and i came upon her food diet, way of eating more like it,
and it made sense to me, if you want tobe healthy, slim and beautiful inside out, well check out her website and also follow her lead http://tryingtogetfittogether.blogspot.ie/
i am sure trying and as everyone (including her) will tell you
it is a life change decision not something you will start and stop,
so make it possible for you i certainly will adapt it as i looooove "bad" food too much
but it is sure inspiring!

and also if you wondered how the celebrities do it,
well check out their sacrifice and health style (it takes a LOT of effort and work to look like them)http://healthyceleb.com/
it surely makes you realise there is no point in envying anyone (or the celebrities)
it takes effort and work and ANYONE can do it if they choose and stick with it
i seem to remember gwyneth paltrow explaining she hates diet and loves bad food (though i grant you not sure what her bad food is) but she said she works out 2 hours a day 6days a week
and that's how you do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO SECRET PEEPS JUST PLAIN HARD WORK
